A Message from Fredda
Life is a balancing act. When your life is in balance, things
run smoothly and you roll along with a sense of well-being and contentment. You are able to make decisions and
set priorities in keeping with your unique life circumstances. Everyday stresses seem
quite manageable.
And then suddenly, and often without warning, life is thrown into
turmoil. You or someone you care about experiences a change in their health,
a challenge in their career, or a shift in a significant relationship. Your
whole world turns upside down. Life becomes confusing and chaotic.
How do you cope with
these changes? I am here to help you take an active role in regaining balance
as you move through a time of emotional turbulence. In our work together, you
will learn the concepts of Stress
Management from the Inside Out. I
will introduce you to a combination of Balanced Breathing, Quiet
Mind, and the Inner Journey in ways that
make sense for you.
My 5 Essential Steps for Regaining Balance are applicable to small groups and businesses, as well as individuals. I
present customized retreats and seminars that fit into any conference as a calming break where participants can relax and
recharge. In addition, I offer consultation and continuing education workshops
for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.
